Refund policy

At RAGS, we take pride in creating custom-made clothing. Since each piece is made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Exchanges (Size Issues)

If you receive your order and the size doesn’t fit, you can return the t-shirt and exchange it for a different size. However, since we are a small business that produces made-to-order clothing, the shipping costs for both returning the item and sending the replacement will be covered by the customer. Once we receive the original t-shirt, we will send you the new one, and the returned item will be used for another order.

Refunds

• If you received your order but want a refund: You can return the t-shirt and receive a full refund. The return shipping cost (from you to us) will be covered by you.

• If you haven’t received your order and wish to cancel: You can request a full refund before the order is shipped.
