Shipping policy

At RAGS, all clothing items listed on our website are made-to-order, specifically crafted for you. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the number of orders we receive.

Processing Time

Since we specialize in embroidery, each piece requires significant time to complete. After the embroidery process, we also refine the garment by cleaning it, applying a special backing material to prevent skin irritation, and carefully packaging the order. Due to this, our standard processing time is up to three weeks. However, during periods of high demand, processing may take up to four weeks (one month).

Shipping

• International Orders: We ship worldwide via FedEx.

• Orders within Bulgaria: We use a local courier service from Plovdiv.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and delivery will take up to three business days from that point. Until you receive the tracking number, your order status will remain as “Confirmed.”
